朝内尚光七段。長栄寺副住職。今回の震災では災害ボランティアセンターの立ち上げなど仕事でも震災とも向き合った。一緒に高台から街を見下ろした時、土煙が街中から上がったと言うコメントが印象的だった。道場は被害を免れたので２週間後に稽古は再開できた。しかし度重なる余震で傾いてしまった自宅は取り壊した。現在は隣接する祐武館道場で生活をしている。そのため稽古は近くの中学校を借りている。生活が不安定の中、昨年11月武道館で7段を取得した。集合写真を撮った場所には食器棚が置かれていた。

He faced the disaster by setting up a volunteer center for the disaster together with other activities. What he thought when he looked down the town from heights was very impressive: “Clouds of dirt came up from all over the town.” The kendo training hall was escaped from collapse, so he could start training again in two weeks. He, however, broke down his house which was seriously inclined due to repeated afterquakes. He lives now in Yubukan training hall next to his house, so he is obliged to practice exercise at a nearby junior high school. In this unstable daily live, he got the seventh-ranking at Budo-kan last November. At the place where all member including him had their pictures taken, a kitchen cabinet was put.
