Here’s how you claim your refund – just two simple steps:
1. Pack up what you'd like to return
2. Send the box (insured and with tracking) to:

Returns / Exchange Information:
Packages must be returned to evo within 30 days of receiving your return uthorization (RA) number. All items must be in original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and accessories. Failure to do so will result in a refusal of the refund and item(s) will be returned to buyer. Packages received will be nspected and processed within 1 week of arrival at evo.

そうしない場合は、返品されない結果となり、品物が買い手に戻されてしまいます。
荷物は到着後、１週間以内に検査され処理されます。
