迅速な対応に感謝いたします。それでは、欠陥品は返品させていただきます。もう１つTory Burchのバッグで汚れた商品が届いたのでそちらも返品します。
返品する物は下記の３つの商品です。
それぞれの支払った関税の領収書を添付しますので、返金をお願いいたします。

I will attach the receipt for the custom tax I paid for each item, so please pay me back.
I would like to continue purchasing from your website so, please call attention to the division
where the packing is done and the merchandise are controlled, to send out those in good condition.
