I saw that you filed a paypal claim. I'm confused. You would have been refunded already had you submitted the photo that shipsurance wanted a week ago. You do know, that thru paypal, no refund will be considered until after the unit is returned at your expense?, probably @ $30.00. It would have to be the unit in original packaging inside another box. Returning it may jeopordize the insurance claim. As I stated before, it's much easier and practical to go thru the insurance than what you are doing. Please advise.
