貴部では7/5のA会議に向け各部門へ共有するデータを準備されていると伺いました。
我々は先日Bから、Cの値が最終値と異なる指摘を受けそれを確認したところ、5$の差異があるのを見つけました。
我々は既にＥを、Dの最終値資料として共有している。しかしこれを修正した方がよいか、また修正する場合はどのような手順を取ればよいかを相談させて頂きたいです（やむを得ずFを使うか）
お手数をおかけしてしまい大変申し訳ありません。またこの件の確認先としてより適切な方がおられる様でしたらご教示下さい。

I understand that your section is preparing the data to be shared with each department for the A meeting on 5 July.
We were told by B the other day that the value of C is different from the final value, so we checked and found the discrepancy in 5$.
We have already shared E as the final value document from D.
However, we'd be very grateful if you could give us any advice on whether we should correct it or, if so, how to refer to the procedure for making corrections (we might use F under constraint).
Sorry to bother you, but could you please let us know if there is a suitable person to deal with this matter.
