濱口：これまでは、新規事業開発室ってどこか内々にこもりがちだったというか……。自分達で開発して完結という面が多かったのですが、今後はなるべく社員との接点をもちながらアイディアを集めていきたいです。TECHFUNDさんとお話していると、どんな考えも許容してくれる、受け止めてくれるという心的安全性があって、だからこそ何でもご相談出来たと思っています。
