商品は明らかに不良品です。paypalにも相談しているところです。
このブランドに詳しいのでよく知っていますが、これは製造工程上で生じるものではございません。
天然皮革による自然な傷ではなく、靴底が薄っすら汚れていたのと靴のストラップがズレていたので
試着の際に破れたのかと思います。大小に関わらず破れているということは正常の商品ではなく
破れた部分を取り除けばいいという話ではございません。
それでも返送時の送料はこちらが負担しなければなりませんか？

The product is definitely defected. I am discussing this with paypal as well.
I know very well about this brand, however this is not something that will happen during the process of manufacturing. The scratches are not formed in the natural leather, the sole of the shoe was already dirty and the shoe strap was out of alignment, therefore I believe it was ruptured during a fitting process. The size of the rupture means that this product is not normal, and it does not mean that removing the ruptured part is the solution.
Still, do you believe I have to cover the return fee?
Please let me know about the refund process.
