商品は明らかに不良品です。paypalにも相談しているところです。
このブランドに詳しいのでよく知っていますが、これは製造工程上で生じるものではございません。
天然皮革による自然な傷ではなく、靴底が薄っすら汚れていたのと靴のストラップがズレていたので
試着の際に破れたのかと思います。大小に関わらず破れているということは正常の商品ではなく
破れた部分を取り除けばいいという話ではございません。
それでも返送時の送料はこちらが負担しなければなりませんか？

This item is obviously a defective. I have been consulting PayPal. I happen to be very familiar with this brand and I am sure this has not occurred during the process of any production.
I am afraid this is not a natural scratch of natural leather but it has been torn while being tried as the bottom of the shoes is slightly dirty and the strap of the shoes is dislocated. Regardless of the size of the torn part, it is not a normal item with any torn part nor is it okay that you can remove that torn part from the item.
Do I still need to cover the shipment fees with under these circumstances?
