こちらの取引のネガティブフィードバックについてサポートお願いします
バイヤーは未開封の商品に不正があると主張しています
こちらの商品はランダム性が高い商品です。
それはバイヤーも分かって購入していると思います。
欲しいカードが入ってなかった事を理由に
根拠のないフィードバックは理不尽だと思います。

私はバイヤー様に喜んで頂きたくてebayに出品しています。
不正などするはずがありません。
やり方も分かりません。

Please could you help me with the negative feedback on this transaction.
The buyer in question claims that the unopened item is fraudulent.
This product is a highly random product.
I would assume that buyers can clearly understand this when purchasing.
The fact that the buyer happened to get a card that they did not want and therefore submitting negative feedback on it even though there was no guarantee what card would be gained is highly unreasonable in my opinion.

I am selling on eBay as I want all buyers to be happy.
I would never try and cheat people or do them wrong.
This is beyond my capabilities.
