とても貴重な音楽ファイルを送ってくれてありがとうございます。まだ外出先に居ますので家に帰ってから聴きます。とても楽しみです。実は私は〇〇さんともコンタクトを取りましたが彼は音楽ファイルを持っていませんでした。そして彼は今、体調が良くないとも言ってました。元気になる事を祈っています。

It isn’t clear if 〇〇 is a man or a woman from the context, so I changed it to gender neutral incase.

As it is written "彼" is usually male and 彼女 is female. Because there is "彼ら" which is used for both despite there being "彼女ら".

Very true - I take back my adjustments to make it gender neutral. I would only change the last sentence to make it a little more natural (although your sentence is understandable). Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
