贈与者Aを甲とし、受増者Bを乙として、甲乙間において次の通り贈与契約を締結した。

第一条　甲は現金▲万円を乙に贈与することを約し、乙はこれを承諾した。

上記契約を証するため本証書を作成し、各自署名押印する。
