[自分ってどんな人？]
矛盾するようないろんな自分が混在している
加えて今日の自分と明日の自分も違う
つまり、自分も親もわからない
よって、他人にわかるはずがない
[じゃあなぜ評価って必要？]
会社/事業はその人に投資をしている
その人が会社にいい影響を与えているかを判断したい
けど、「人」について評価することは無意味
