私は9年ほど前に最初の会社を起業しまして、そこでは訪日旅行者向けのビジネスをやっていました。この会社は3年以上前にバイアウトすることになりその後も代表を続けていたのですが、次の新たなチャレンジをしたいと思い今年の6月に退任しました。私は8歳の娘がいるのですが、娘の教育に個人的にものすごく興味があり、次のチャレンジは子供の教育領域でやろうということを辞める前から決めていました。

I started my first company about 9 years ago, doing business for tourists visiting Japan. This company had a buyout over 3 years ago, and I continued to be the representative even after that, but I resigned in June this year because I wanted to take on the next new challenge. I have an 8-year-old daughter, and I am personally very interested in her education.
