Bookingしている船に遅れがありましたので、ご連絡致します。
下記のスケジュールになります。

(1)L/C書類の銀行への持ち込みはBの出荷時に纏めて行うで宜しいでしょうか？
(2)(1)がOKの場合、BondについてはAもBに合わせて一緒に発行でも宜しいでしょうか？
貴社はAの保証期間が伸びるのでメリットになり、デメリットは無いかと思います。
もちろんA出荷時に貨物引き取りに必要な書類はお送り致します。

There's a delay in the ship as booked and let me inform you of the current status.
The revised schedule is as follows;
We are sorry for the delay but we appreciate your cooperation.
(1) If the document of L/C will be handed to the bank, do you think it's better to make it with the timing of shipping of B?
(2) If (1) is alright, may we issue the Bond together with A and B?
This will be an advantage for being able to extend the period of guarantee so it will not give you disadvantages.
Of course, I will send the necessary documents which need to pick up cargoes, when shipping of A.
