Aさんから出荷情報を送ってしまいましたが、Aさんはアシスタントのため、
納期遅延に対する謝罪も無く、出荷情報のみをご連絡してしまいました。
誠に申し訳御座いません。

今回の納期遅れは下記の理由で発生致しました。

また、追ってご連絡致しますが、EPの機器についても同様の理由で遅れております。
L/Cの期限が切れている中で、誠に申し訳御座いませんが、
何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りたく、宜しくお願い致します。
