昨日エンジニアがguangzhouに移動しています。guangzhouに到着後14日間の隔離をします。6月13日に隔離が終わるので、6月14日から現場に入ることができます。6月27日頃にチャンバー工事が完成する予定ですので、27日から試運転がスタートできます。ただし、今週中に現場に水と電気が使えることが前提です。水と電気はいつ使えるようになるのでしょうか？

Our engineer moved to guangzhou yesterday. They need 14-day quarantine after arriving at guangzhou. Their quarantine will be over on June 13th, so they can start working on site from June 14th. As the chamber construction is scheduled to be finished around June 27th, it can be tested from 27th. However, there is an assumption that we can use water and electricity on site. Around when will water and electricity available to us?
