我々はサプライヤーより倉庫費用及び耐圧試験についての追加費用の請求を受けています。
つきましては、貴社へその費用を請求しなければならない状況になります。


耐圧試験については、当初サプライヤーで計画していた日程をご連絡しておりましたが、
貴社よりご返信がいただけなかったので、実施をしました。
結果的に2回試験を行うことになり、2倍のコストが掛かっております。

検査の日程が遅れたことにより、出荷納期も遅れたことで倉庫を長く
借りなければならないために発生した費用になります。

Therefore, we have to ask you to pay for the bill.

As for the pressure resistance test, we have informed you of the dates from suppliers but we didn't receive your reply, so we have conducted it.
As a result, we have tested twice and the cost have become doubled.

Since the test dates have become delayed, the lead time for shipping have also become longer. Thus, we needed to rent the warehouse longer and that is why that the cost has been incurred.
