ACアダプターの件でご連絡をさせて頂きます。
私の方で、ACアダプター製造の会社へ連絡してみたのですが、規格に合うACアダプターが見つかりませんでした。
以前、御社より日本でACアダプターを調達されている会社が有ると教えて頂きました。
もし宜しければ、そちらの会社様が販売されている製品名を教えて頂けないでしょうか？
製品に付属されている、ACアダプターの表示面より、ACアダプター製造の会社を調べようと思います。

Regarding the AC adapter
I have tried to contact the company where the AC adapter is produced, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any to meet our standard.
I just remember that your company dealt with a Japanese company which you purchased the AC adapter from. If possible, could we know the name of the certain product? Or I will search for the company by checking the surface of the AC adapter which is attached to your product.
