Could you pls tell us the reason that you can not get the item, it is because you do not have the import licence? could you pls contact the agent to register a import licence.
Does the head office of Japan Goverment, 厚生局医事課 in your country called you for this? Could you pls tell them that the item you import is not belong to the medical machine , it is the Beauty machine for personal use.
