日本のクレジットカードを使用して決済しましたが、
海外からの購入のため利用制限がかかり決済ができませんでした。
現在一時的に制限解除したため決済が可能になりました。
WEB上で決済がうまくできなかったため、お手数ですが再度クレジットカードの決済処理をお願いします。
（英語がほとんど話せないため、すぐに返信ができない、または簡単な単語でしか回答できないかもしれません）

Concerning the order number : 000-00, I used a Japanese credit card for the payment, however the transaction got restricted due to an overseas purchase, the payment failed.
Currently the restriction is temporarily lifted to make the payment possible.
Since the payment did not go quite well over the website, would you please process the credit card payment one more time? (I don't speak English so my reply may not be sooner otherwise short with simple words)
