Rather than avoiding problems, or fretting about problems, you should spend time looking into the problems, their causes and, of course, the fixes. You will feel good about doing it, and it will help move your life ahead.

Solve the problem, rather than be right. Many of us focus on being right, rather than solving the problem. The time we spend defending our position, attacking others, etc., takes away from getting the job done. Leave your ego out of it, and focus on getting the job done.
