重要なお知らせです。
ロシアのウクライナ侵攻に伴いまして、SWIFT制裁が発令されました。
SBERBANKは規制対象外の銀行ですが、日本の銀行がロシアへの送金受付を規制しているので、SBERBANKに送金ができませんでした。
また、日本ではロシアから国際便の受付を停止しているので、荷物の受け取りも出来ません。
インボイスを送って頂きましたが、ウクライナ情勢が解決するまで取引は出来ない状況です。
私の注文はキャンセルしてください。
現在の状況が一刻も早く解説することを祈っております。

Important Notice
The restriction over SWIFT was implemented as the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
SBERBANK is not currently affected by the restriction, however, most banks in Japan restrict the acceptance of remittance to Russia, for a result of that, we were unable to remit to SBERBANK.
Moreover, the international couriers in Japan are also suspended for acceptance for Russia, so the receiving of parcels are not possible.
Although we received an invoice, we are unable to deal with them until they solve the situation in Ukraine.
For this reason, could you please cancel my order?
I pray for a quick recovery as soon as possible.
