こんにちわ。いつもそちらの製品を使わせていただいています。
PS500U3という製品を使っています。
しかし最近、断続的に全てのHDDが切断されてしまう現象が起きています。

・ケーブルの交換
・ファームウェアを09.00.02.09に
を試しましたが改善されません。何か改善方法や最新のファームウェアファイルはありますでしょうか？

Hello. I have always used your products.
Now I use the PS500U3.
But recently, all my HDDs disconnect intermittently.

I tried as follows:
-replacing the cable.
-firmware to 09.00.02.09.
But there is no improvement. Could you please tell me the way to improve and the latest firmware file?
