A基準のコース・対象者は本社人事が設定する。＊やむを得ず、各グループ会社が同等のコースを設定・実施する場合は、本社に事前承認を得ること

B基準のコース・対象者は本社人事が設定する。＊各グループ会社が同等のコースを設定・実施する場合は、事前に本社に相談をすること（実施コースの重複回避が目的）

C基準：本社人事がグループ共通の学習プラットフォームを提供するので、可能な限り(対象者は)参画すること。各グループ会社が別途コースを設定・実施した場合は、内容を報告すること
