私は日本の代理店に聞きましたが、商品を購入したのは日本の代理店からではないので無理です、と言われました。また日本の税関の話では、どうしてもフランス工場からの証明文が必要です、と言っていました。ですのでどうか宜しくお願いします。費用がかかるのでしたらお支払いいたします。

I asked one of dealers in Japan about this. They said that I could not do that because I bought the item not from a dealer in Japan. Also Japan’s custom officer said that I needed a proof letter from the factory in France. I would appreciate for your help on this matter.
I am willing to pay a fee, if any.
