先日こちらが提案した金額ですが、イベント費も含めると複雑になるので、当初通り◯費の件のみで再度提案させてください。以下がこちらが提案できる限界の予算ですが、いかがでしょうか。開催日も迫ってきているので、すみませんが早めのご回答お待ちしてます。金額OKでしたら、こちら側で契約ドラフトを準備してメールでお送りします。イベント出演についてはこの件と切り離して番組スタッフから改めてオファーさせてください。こちらとしてはスケジュールと条件あえば、是非前向きなご検討お願いしたいです。

As for the amount of the budget which we suggested the other day, we would like to reconsider the amount to the originally planned one that only includes the 〇 expense since the calculation would be complicated if the event budget. The following amount is the maximum budget which we can suggest. We would be glad if you let us know your thoughts about it. As the event date is approaching, we are looking foward to your prompt reply. If the amount is fine, we will prepare the draft contract and send it to you via an e-mail. The program staff will give you a separate offer for performing at the event later. We would like you to go ahead with this project if our schedules and conditions meet.
