本日、先週末にあなたに言われた通り、Aについて点検しました。
（アタプター変換してテスト、背面のケースを開けてハンダのケープル点検）
しかし、問題は解消されず、不具合が生じたままです。
先ほどカスタマーから連絡があり、導入した3台全てが不具合が生じたことで、
全てを新たに交換して欲しいとの依頼が入りました。
私たちはその要求に従わざるを得ません。
新たにBを3台購入し、代わりにセットします。
AよりもB（カバーが予めセットされている）方が壊れる確率は低いでしょうか。
至急回答いただけますか。
