Thank you for your purchase. I submit to NGC appraisal personally. It is in the Hong Kong NGC office, so it will be imported to Japan in the end of September. I will ship it as soon as it is ready. It became impossible for JP International to accept air mail to Russia because of priority measures such as prevention of global spread. I want to restart as soon as possible. It takes 3 - 4 months by international mail by sea freight, but we can accept it. We will proceed with the transaction if you don't mind shipping by sea mail, but if you cannot patiently wait, I will cancel the transaction.
