前回と同じ条件と価格で注文可能であれば登録したクレジットカードで決済してください。

③下記の商品をバルクオーダーで発注お願いします。
前回と同じ条件と価格で注文可能であれば下記のメールアドレスにPayPal請求書を送ってください。
