備考: 海外で植毛手術を受けられたAさんの不満について、クリニックに改善を協議する文章です。

　②看護師が床に落ちた毛根を消毒しないまま、植え付けられて不安を感じた。本来は感染症を防ぐため、消毒してから植えるべき。

　上記①と②については、医師に限らず日本の医療従事者が患者の場合は全員が同様の不安を感じるはずです。

■看護師の処置に対する疑問
　③全ての処置を終えた後で、看護師に移植部位を指で圧迫止血された結果、血が乾いた後で毛根が浮き上がり脱落することがあった。移植部は静脈出血であり、放っておいても止血できるため、毛根の脱落のリスクを冒してまで術後に圧迫止血したことが疑問

I was worried as a nurse put the implant hair dropped on the floor implanted without disinfecting. Generally to avoid infecting, it should implant after disinfecting.

As for the above ① and ② not only doctors but also workers in the hospital feel worried with all patients.

◼️Questions about treatment by nurses
③ After all process has been over, the result with a nurse pressed to stop bleeding with fingers on the implanted part, there was a case when hair came up and off after the blood being dried. As the implanted part is a vein, even though it is left as it is it dries by itself, it is questionable to press to stop bleeding even with a risk of implant falling off.
