私は、ebayのアカウントを持っていますが、HAPPYSHOPの参加条件である50のpositive feedbackにまだ達していません。
日本のebayセラーは、このカテゴリーの出品制限が厳しく、一ヶ月に２個しか出品できないため、なかなかフィードバックが貯まらないのです。

I'm strongly wishing to join your HAPPYSHOP.
I have an account on eBay but I haven't reached the required amount of positive feedback of 50 yet.
eBay sellers in Japan have limited listings for this category and we are only allowed to list 2 items a month so it takes a while for us to earn positive feedback.
