The minimum quantity for a custom sized robe, produced in our China factory and ship direct to Japan is 300 pieces. Regarding the size small, please see below.

I agree the size small is miles too big and I feel even the XS will be too large. Yes we can adjust the size for Japan. Please do the following:

Advise how many inches or cm you would like to shorten the length.

The sleeves were designed to be turned back into a cuff of about 3.5 inches. If you would prefer the end of the sleeves without a cuff, advise how many inches or cm’s to shorten the sleeves.

Sサイズでも大きすぎるでしょうし、XSサイズでもかなり大きいと思います。ですので、もちろん日本のお客様向けにサイズ調整は可能です。以下をご参考になさってください。
丈の長さについてセンチ或いはインチのご指示により、どれくらい詰めたいかをご指示ください。
袖については袖口から3.5インチで折り返す様にデザインされております。もし、袖からの折り返しがご不要であれば、こちらについてもセンチ或いはインチでどれくらい短くしたいかとご指示頂ければと存じます。
