3月2日の20:29~21:00に、JB chamber内で発生した、温度異常警報のトラブルについて、社内の技術部門にて原因の分析と調査を行いました。トラブル原因と対策について、弊社としての見解を下記にまとめました。

主な原因はtwo way valveが損傷し、動作に不具合が発生し（バルブon-offの調整が出来ない）、chamberの室温が変動したと思われる。
具体的には、two way valveのモーターが損傷した可能性があると思われる。

We analyzed and investigated the root cause of abnormal temperature warning which occurred in JB chamber at 8:29 pm to 9;00 pm on March 2nd with the technical department. We have summarized the cause of the trouble and countermeasures based on our observation as follows:

The main reason is that the two way valve was broken and it caused malfunction (valve on/off did not work), so the room temperature of the chamber changed. Specifically, the motor in the two way valve could have broken.
