この件に関して、私にとって複雑な解決策となるようでしたら、荷物をShipperに返送して下さい
料金が発生する場合は私のアカウントに請求して下さい
私はDHLJAPANの私の担当に、この件に対してサポートを求めましたが、荷物がドイツにあるので、ドイツDHLと直接やり取りしてくれと言われました
ShipperであるCCCも当社では対応できないので、ドイツDHLに連絡してくれと言われ、私が自分で解決するしかありません。
私は英語が不得意なので、解決に際して出来るだけ簡単な英語お願いします

If this is going to be a complicated solution for me, please send the package back to Shipper!
If there is a charge, please charge it to my account.
I asked my contact at DHL Japan for support on this matter but was told to communicate directly with DHL Germany since the package is in Germany!
CCC, the Shipper, also told me to contact DHL Germany as we could not handle it, so I had to solve the problem by myself.

I'm not very good at English, so please try to use simple English when solving this problem.
