この度は商品に欠品があったとのことで、ご迷惑をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。現在当店ではこの商品の在庫がなく、仕入れも困難な状況でございます。そのため交換品を送ることができかねてしまいます。

今回は商品代金を全額返金いたします。先程こちらで返金手続きを済ませました。数日以内に返金がされると思います。楽しみにされていた商品がこのような状態でのお届けとなり、ご迷惑をお掛けしましたことを大変申し訳なく思っております。この度は誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
