PO納期が2019/10/31、Actual Delivery Dateが11/22と記入され、Liquidated Damagesが課されています。
下記の為、Liquidated Damagesの対象外とさせて下さい。

1. Spare Partsの納期が2019/10/31とPO上に書いていない
2. 11/22 に発行されたSRNはない
3. Spare Partsは本体と一緒に出荷されている

For the following reasons, please exclude it for Liquidated Damages.

2 We have no SRN issued on 11/22
3 Spare parts were shipped along with the main system.
