The max i can do is 150 units from the new order.

So you will still have to do 60units + 150units and that is the best I can do.

I do not have enough cashflow to purchase more than 150units for myself as we have already invested our funds into another new watch launching soon.

ですので、60個プラス150個であり、これが最良ということになると思います。
