下記メールの情報だけだと、全く何がしたいのかわからないので、
添付のデータシートに必要情報を記載ください。
頂いた仕様書を元にどのような製品を提案するか検討致します。


ロット番号だけだと追跡が難しいため、PO No.の確認をお願い致します。
また、クラックがわかるような写真をまずは送ってください。

メールの内容だけですと、どのような不具合があるのかわかりません。
ボルト・ナットのスペアが欲しいということでしょうか？
