商品を確認したろ、靴底に傷と変色がありとても新品とは思えません。

購入時に関税12812円を前払いでお支払いしていますが、
関税の請求があり11300円支払いました。
商品代金67912円＋関税分11300円の全額返金をお願い致します。

I received the item today.
Upon checking the item, there were scratches and discoloration at the bottom of the shoe. I really don't think it was brand new. (I have attached a picture so please check it. )
I want to return the item.
How should I return the item?
When I return the item, please shoulder the shipping expenses.
If I return it by DHL, I will attach the shipping voucher and invoice. Please let me know the account number.
I have paid the customs tax of 12812 yen in advance on purchase but the invoice for customs tax says I paid 11300 yen.
