These boots were like new condition without box my husband listed them and I looked them over they were in excellent condition nothing said they were brand new. The item is fine I have pictures that were taken of them before They were listed so I'm sorry like the listing said no returns. I'm sorry if they weren't what you wanted but like I said I have proof of the good condition they were in before I shipped them so if you feel you need to open a case I cannot stop you but I will look out for myself and submit the photos to eBay I keep pictures of all items I sell thank you
