①見積りの価格で注文致します。
下記のアドレスにPayPalの請求書を送付してください。支払いを行います。
②10月中に配送の依頼をすると25％の割引が得られるはずですが今、送料の確認をしてみましたが25％の割引が適用されていません。
私は10月中に配送の依頼をしましたが25％の割引が適応されてないのはなぜでしょうか？

② I hear that I can get 25% discount if I order delivery within Oct. However, it doesn't look to be applied when I check the shipping charge.
I ordered the delivery within Oct. Could you please let me know the reason why it isn't applied.
