備考: 大クレームの為、きつい表現でお願いします

・納入時にS/Nが無かった為、S/Nは当社にて付与
・リモコンでオゾン出力の切り替えが出来ない
・何故一本だけタッピングビスが使用されたのか、見解を下さい。組立は適切な部材を使用して下さい。
・PO：S-020の300台は、手違いにより「A」ブランドとして納入される事は了承しておりましたが、全てS/Nがありませんでした。
・不具合があった場合に個体はどう識別するのか、見解を下さい。又、どのように出荷前確認をされたのか、チェックリストを何点か提示下さい。

・ Since there was no S/N at the time of delivery, S/ N is granted by our company
・ Ozone output cannot be switched with the remote control
・ Please take a view on why only one tapping screw was used. Use the appropriate parts for assembly.
・ We accepted that 300 units of PO: S-020 would be delivered as "A" brand by hand, but there was no S/N in all.
・Please, take a view on how individuals will be identified if there is a problem. Also, please provide some checklists on how you checked before shipment.
