私のアカウントが閉鎖されたアカウントと関連があるとの理由で現在閉鎖されております。

私はこのアカウント作成以前、以後とも別の販売アカウントを所有したことはありません。
固定されたPCのため、他人が自分のアカウントにログインすることはありません。
他人のクレジットカードや銀行口座、メールアドレスを登録していません
同居の家族も販売アカウントを所有しておりません
同じ環境でログインしているため、何が問題であったか分かりかねます。

My account is closed for the reason of relation with the account having been closed.

Before and after my account made, I have never possessed any sold account.
As it is a fixed PC, it cannot be possible for other person to log into my account.
Other people's credit cards and bank accounts, and mail addresses are not registered.
My family living together do not have any selling account.
As it is logged in the same condition, I cannot see what is the problem.
