aではソフトをインストールできました。a)OS:-, 空容量(SSD):11GB
bではソフトをインストールできませんでした。添付のエラーが出ました。b)OS:- ,空容量(SSD):16GB
ソフトはパネルPCにインストールします。ファイルは外付けのHDDに保存します。PC自体のHDDの容量が20GB以下でもインストール可能な方法はありますか？説明書には20ＧＢの空き容量が必要との記載がありましたが、aは11GBで可能でした。解決策があれば教えてください。

The software was not able to be installed with b. There was an attached error. b) OS:- Free space (SSD): 16GB
The software will install on the PC panel. The file will save to an external HDD. Is there a way to install if the PC itself only has less than 20GB of space on the HDD? It says on the instructions that 20GB of space is needed, but I was able to with a at 11GB. If you have a solution please tell me.
