度々お騒がせしてすみません。
私が先日購入した※※についてです。
顧客からクレームが有った為、ルーペを使用して確認したところ、ベースプレートとプラスティックパーツの接合部において、通常とは異なる個体をいくつか発見しました。
これらは正常な製品でしょうか？（画像を参照してください）

画像のような個体が5個あります。
日本人には、細かいことを気にする神経質なユーザーが多い為、もし可能であれば、返品で対応頂けないでしょうか？
私は、現状、※※を持ち合わせていない為、実証する手立てが有りません。

I am sorry to put you in any trouble.
I am writing to you about ※※ which I bought the other day recently.
There is a complaint from our customer so I have checked through using a magnifying glass.
I have found some individuals different from the usual case at the connecting between the base plate and the plastic part. Is this a normal product? Please see the attached photo.

There are 5 individuals in the attached photo.
As there are nervous users in Japan, who mind the specific sections, so would it be possible to return items to you?
I don’t have ※※ at the moment so that there are no ways to substantiate.
