本体をできるだけ早く新品できれいなものと交換してください。

また、大型商品のため、設置作業に時間も人件費も多くかかっています。

Even though I have purchased new items, I am so much disappointed with the defects.
Please replace it with a new main unit as soon as possible.
Also, as it is a bulky item so that it takes time to install and its staff cost.
