上海社員研修について
今回の社員研修は、上海代理店とコミュニケーションを取り関係を強化していくことを目標として研修に参加しました。
まず、空港に到着して宿泊するホテルまで向かうバスの中から見えた高層ビルに圧倒されました。中国に行くのは、初めてで思っていたよりもずっと発展していて今もなお、経済成長し続けていていると感じました。
また、懇親会までの自由時間で上海の中心街を観光しました。韓国には何度か行きましたが韓国人とは少し違った行動力に圧倒されました。

Training Trip to Shanghai

I joined this trip and set a goal as communicating and building up our relationships with Shanghai branch.
First, I was overwhelmed by high-rise buildings that I saw when we were heading to a hotel by bus, after arriving the airport. This was my first China trip, and my impression about China is that it had developed much more than I expected, and still keeps developing. After that, until a convivial party, I spent my free time sightseeing in downtown. I have been to Korea several times, but I was overwhelmed by energies of Chinese people, which were slightly different from Korean's.
