[LAUNCHPAD] TukeQ Pitches a Social Travel Organizer

Founded in May last year, TukeQ is a social travel web and mobile app that helps people organize their travel plans by sharing, follow and viewing other’s plans.

I met Founder, Alex Su around April last year as a participant in iWeekend, a weekend to pitch an idea, build a prototype and present it. Ever the entrepreneur Alex went on to participate in Startup Weekend Beijing and was finally accepted into Kai Fu Lee’s Innovation Works incubator.

Now with an able team of 15, TukeQ is looking to take advantage of China’s hunger to explore the world outside of the mainland. Regions that feature prominently on the site are the United Kingdom and Europe.

昨年5月に設立されたTukeQは、人々が他人のプランをシェア、フォロー、閲覧することで自らのプランを作っていくことを助ける、ソーシャル旅行のWebとモバイルアプリのサービスである。

私は昨年4月頃にiWeekendの参加者として、創業者のAlex Suに会った。iWeekendとは、アイデアを発表し、プロトタイプを作り、発表するである。どんな時でもアントレプレナーであるAlexはスタートアップウィークエンド北京に参加し、最終的にKai Fu LeeのInnovation Works incubatorに選ばれた。

いま、15人の優れたメンバーを擁するは、中国人が本土の外の世界を探検したいと強く思っていることを利用することを目論んでいる。TukeQ目立つように特集されている地域はイギリスとヨーロッパである。
