添付しましたPDFを見ていただけますでしょうか。これは日本のFedExの追跡画面をPDFにしたものです。29箱のうち28箱は23-Sep-2020に出荷となっています。しかし2ページ目にあります荷物番号○○のみステータスが出荷されていない状態になっています。この荷物番号○○の1箱が出荷されず倉庫に残ってしまっていませんでしょうか？大至急のご確認をお願い致します。お返事お待ちしています。

Could you see the attached pdf? This is a pdf converted from the tracking image of the FedEx of Japan. It says 28 boxes out of 29 boxes were shipped on 23-Sep-2020. But the package number at ○○ remains unshipped yet on page 2. Wondering if one box at this number at ○○ is still in the warehouse? Please check it urgently. I am waiting for your speedup reply.
