本日商品を受け取りました。リトグラフを購入しましたが、丸まった状態で到着し、梱包も不十分だったため潰れており
落札時のコンディションと大きく異るものです。返品と返金を要求致します。明らかに発送側の梱包不備であることは明らかですので何らかの対応をお願い致します。
